Chairman

Moulay Hassan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with major in Entrepreneurship and a Master of International Business.

Initially being trained in the City of London’s financial hub, Moulay Hassan founded SandRoc Group in 2021 and within a short span of time launched Cybersecurity, Investment Due Diligence, Data Management, FDI Marketing and Training businesses.

Rehan Qazi (FCMA CGMA)

Managing Partner

Rehan Qazi is a fellow of Chartered institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) holding triple designations of FCMA, CGMA and UAECA.

Rehan is Ex-CEO of RAK International Airport, Dana Executive Jets and Executive Director of Department of Civil Aviation.  In addition, he has held various NED and advisory positions across the UK and MENA regions in public and private sectors.  He has also worked for leading multinationals such as IBM, HP, DHL and Swissport to name a few.

Rehan is one of the founding members of SandRoc and personal advisor to His Highness since 2020.

In 2013 Rehan was recognised as 50 most influential expats in the Gulf region and has made numerous appearances in trade journals and national and international press including The Times and OBG.

Mark Mottershead is a seasoned technologist with more than 40 years under his belt.  He has developed technology businesses that are multinationals today.

Faizan Mustafa

Faizan Mustafa graduated from Southern Illinois University-USA and holds Bachelor’s in Engineering and MBA in Management Information Systems.  A seasoned Information Technology Management professional, passionate about maintaining and driving business success through the best use of Digital Technology. With over 20 years of demonstrated experience of digitally transforming organizations through the best use of Social, Mobile, Big Data, Cloud and IOT,  Faizan has a well-earned perspective on what works.

While working for Toyota Indus Motors, he was chosen as the leader responsible for implementing SAP S/4 HANA with cutting edge Analytics – effort that won ‘SAP Innovation Award’ for the year 2019. Faizan was also featured in 2016 SIUE School of Business Magazine. Some of his other notable achievements include leading large scale social mobilization and technology innovation  projects with World Bank, DFID and Asian Development Bank. More recently, Faizan is involved in design, development and rollout of a pioneering cloud billing platform with Azure, GCP and AWS aimed at providing flexible billing options to the industry.
